Dear Member

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I have pleasure in inviting you to attend the Third Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on Thursday, 10 November 2011 at 9.00am in the Boardroom of the Company’s offices on Level 12, 717 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

If a Member cannot attend the meeting, pursuant to the Constitution, the Member may appoint a proxy or a representative. Members may appoint the Chair or another person to represent them at the meeting. In such instances, the proxy form must be completed by the Member’s duly appointed representative and deposited with the Secretary not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
