
A significant focus for the Financial Ombudsman Service is how we can improve our service to members and consumers. This is why we have launched an improved telephone system that will more efficiently direct you to the most appropriate team member.
The upgrade to our telephone system – the first since FOS formed in 2008 – will change the way we deal with calls to our membership line (1300 56 55 62) and consumer line (1300 78 08 08).
We don’t anticipate any disruptions to our phone service during the change over of our system, but we ask for your patience should any teething problems arise.
