The Financial Ombudsman Service Annual Report for financial year 2007-2008 will be released in December.

You can access past Annual Reports in the archive below. Please note that these Annual Reports predate the formation of the Financial Ombudsman Service on 1 July 2008. Prior to this date, the Financial Ombudsman Service divisions you see listed below were known as the Banking & Financial Services Ombudsman, Insurance Ombudsman Service and Financial Industry Complaints Service respectively.
