Some of the products and issues that we cannot deal with include:

Builders’ warranty insurance

Business interruption insurance

Compulsory third party insurance

Private health insurance

Professional indemnity insurance

Public liability insurance

Workers compensation insurance

Decisions of regulated superannuation fund trustees. This includes decisions by a superannuation fund trustee concerning any payment of superannuation or life insurance benefits to a beneficiary. The Superannuation Complaints Tribunal deals with these matters. If the SCT advises you that it is unable to deal with such a dispute, please contact us again as we may be able to assist you.

The level of an insurance premium charged for a general insurance product or the application of rating factors in determining a premium unless the dispute concerns non disclosure, misrepresentation or incorrect application of the premium.
