Find an insurer

The Search Results below show a list of general insurers who are members of the Financial Ombudsman Service. You can narrow down the list in two ways:

  1. To find the contact details of a particular insurer
    Simply fill in the ‘Provider Name’ field below and click on ‘Filter’ and the phone number and website address of the insurer will appear.
     
  2. To find all the insurers who provide a particular type of insurance
    Select the category of insurance you are seeking (and the sub-category if appropriate) and the list will automatically narrow down to show those insurers who provide that type of insurance.

If there are no insurers listed for the type of insurance you are seeking, you may wish to contact an insurance broker. The National Insurance Brokers Association offers a website where you can search for a broker at www.needabroker.com.au.
