General Insurance Open Forum – Brisbane
We present a series of General Insurance Forums every year that bring together people involved in the industry to discuss common and emerging issues, FOS Determinations and share industry insights.
The forums are always well-attended, and members have the opportunity to submit topics and individual FOS Determinations for discussion. The forums also provide the chance to ask questions of the FOS Panel on the day.

Banking and Finance Forum – Sydney
We will be hosting a Banking and Finance Forum to discuss the emerging issues and current concerns for FOS, the industry and our members.
To ensure the forum agenda is relevant to our Banking and Finance members, you have the opportunity to submit determinations and topics for discussion during the registration process.
The forums also provide the opportunity to ask questions of the FOS Panel on the day, including Ombudsmen and other subject matter experts.
