This annual review is designed to provide an update on our operations in our first year as a merged organisation.
This review has a strong focus on the number and nature of the disputes we have received. This has been done to meet the requirements of ASIC Regulatory Guide 139 and to reflect our merged organisation. The framework for this annual review is based on the products and services we have jurisdiction to consider. This framework has been applied retrospectively to allow comparison of the year in review with the previous year’s results for the same products and services handled in the predecessor schemes.
