More information: The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is currently accepting membership applications for financial firms that are required to be members of AFCA.

As part of this process, AFCA is offering all its new, existing and future members the opportunity to take part in an interactive webcast. A panel of AFCA staff will step through the key aspects of AFCA membership:

  • the membership application process for new members
  • the AFCA funding model
  • member resources
  • what to expect from us as a member

More information: The Superannuation Liaison Group is a small group from member firms working in IDR and EDR process and dispute team management.

The liaison group considers matters at a high level and discusses ongoing AFCA developments (including process and service issues). The group discusses our approach to Superannuation complaints and generally shares information and insights relating to current and emerging issues of mutual concern.
