
Financial Ombudsman Service "members" are financial services providers who have chosen us to be their ASIC-approved external dispute resolution scheme. If you are a consumer or small business and you have a problem with a financial product or service that you have been unable to resolve directly with your financial services provider, we may be able to assist if that business is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Getting started
The first step in resolving your dispute is to talk to your financial services provider’s internal dispute resolution area. You can check whether your financial services provider is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service and find their internal dispute resolution contact details using the lookup facility below.
